Air Fried Pickles

 24 dill pickle slices
 1 cup panko bread crumbs
 ½ cup coconut flour
 2 eggs
 2 tbsp water
 black pepper

Coat your pickle slices by dipping them in the flour, then egg mixture (eggs, water and pepper and beat together), then finally in the panko breadcrumbs.

Cook your pickles in the air fryer until crispy. I cooked them on 350F for 8 to 10 minutes, flipping over half way through.
