Air Fryer Garlic Soy Mushrooms

 1 lb. cleaned mushrooms
 2 tsp. minced garlic
 1 tsp. minced ginger
 2 tsp. olive oil
 2 tsp. soy sauce
 ½ tsp. pepper
 parsley for garnish

Clean your mushrooms and cut them into bite size pieces.

Toss them with your garlic, ginger, oil, soy and pepper.

Air fry them (or bake in the oven), for 9 minutes on 350F. Top with the chopped parsley.
