Mix your garlic powder into the flour. Clean your mushrooms and remove the stems. Dry well. Mix your egg and almond milk with your garlic powder.
Dip each mushroom into the flour, then egg wash, then panko.
Air fry the mushrooms for about 10 minutes flipping them over after 5 minutes.
Cook an additional 5 minutes or until golden brown. Sprinkle the cooked mushrooms with salt.
