 4 ahi tuna steaks, or you can use canned tuna
 2 cups shredded cabbage
 ½ cup shredded carrots
 1 red bell pepper, sliced
 ½ cup shelled edamame
 4 servings of low carb sesame dressing
 1 tbsp sesame seeds

Seer your tuna steaks just barely leaving them rare in the center or drain your tuna.

Add all of your veggies to the 4 bowls and arrange them.

Top with tuna. Drizzle the dressing over the top and garnish with sesame seeds.
