Boil your sweet potato for about 10 minutes and allow to cool.
Slice it into 4 slices.
Toast each slice in the toaster until it is cooked through. Mine took 3 times.
Remove your avocado and add the lime juice.
Mash it well with a fork.
Top the sweet potato with the avocado and then tomatoes.
Add salt and pepper to the top.
