Bacon and Gruyere Egg Bites

 10 eggs
 8 slices of cooked bacon
 2 tsp sour cream
 1 cup shredded gruyere cheese
 Salt
 Pepper

Combine your eggs, cheese, sour cream, salt and pepper VERY well.

Whip the eggs until they are fluffy.

Spray a muffin tin well with cooking spray.

Preheat the oven to 300F.

Cut each piece of bacon into 3 smaller pieces. Lay 2 pieces on each egg cup making an X pattern.

Bake your egg cups until well set (mine took 25 minutes).
