BAHA FISH LETTUCE TACOS

 8 lettuce cups
 4 tilapia or other white fish
 1 cup shredded red cabbage
 2 limes
 1 avocado
 ½ cup pico de gallo
 2 tsp blackening seasoning (paprika, garlic, salt, pepper and chili powder)

Cut each fish fillet into 2 long, skinny pieces.

Coat them in the blackening seasoning.

Seer them in a hot pan until just cooked through.

Place them in the bottom of the lettuce leaf.

Add cabbage, avocado and pico.

Squeeze some lime juice over the top.
