Bahn Mi Pork Salad

 4 boneless pork chops
 1 jalapeno
 2 tbsp lime juice
 1 tbsp fish sauce
 4 cups chopped romaine lettuce
 1 cup sliced cucumber
 ½ cup sliced radishes
 ¼ cup cilantro leaves
 ½ cup shredded carrots
 ¼ cup sliced green onions
 ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
 ¼ cup lime juice
 4 packets of Splenda
 2 tsp soy sauce

Marinate your pork with jalapeno slices, lime juice and fish sauce.

Sauté it quickly in a pan being sure to not overcook.

Layer your vegetables on top of the romaine.

Mix your yogurt, lime juice, Splenda and soy together and drizzle over salad.
