 2 oz lean diced ham
 1 slice cheddar cheese
 1 egg
 1 tbsp salsa

Scramble your egg.

Lay your low carb tortilla flat.

Add your ham, salsa, cheese and then egg.

Fold each side in making a square.

Bake your chimichanga at 350 until the tortilla is crispy, or apx 15 minutes.
