Mix your cooked cauliflower rice with your cream cheese and rice wine vinegar.
Take 1/4 of each nori sheet and place it into a muffin tin. Fill them with the rice mixture.
Now mix your chopped shrimp and crab, yogurt, mayo, sriracha and soy sauce. Place that on top of the rice mixture.
Bake at 350F for 20 minutes or until the shrimp are cooked through. Top with sesame seeds.
