Balsamic Chicken Feta Salad

 4 cups of chopped romaine lettuce
 4 thin chicken breasts
 4 slices of thick cut bacon, cooked
 1 avocado, diced
 2 oz feta cheese
 1 tomato, diced
 4 servings of a light balsamic dressing

Quickly seer your chicken breast that has been seasoned with salt and pepper. Allow it to rest while you assemble the salad.

Add your tomato, bacon, cheese, avocado and dressing to the salad.

Slice your chicken and add it as well.
If you can not find light dressing you can mix any vinegar with olive oil, salt and pepper and use that.
