 2 New York Strip Steaks (16 oz total)
 2 oz. crumbled Feta Cheese
 1 cup sliced cherry tomatoes
 4 tsp. Balsamic reduction or dressing (look for no sugar added)
 1 tsp. chopped parsley

Season your steaks with the steak seasoning.

Grill them or saute in a pan to your desired doneness. Remove them and allow them to rest.

Add the tomatoes to the pan briefly or place them in a foil packet on the grill, just until they are slightly softer.

Slice your steak and add the remaining ingredients on top. Each steak yields 2 servings.
