 ½ cup chopped walnuts 
 2 cups rolled oats
 ¼ tsp salt
 1 tsp ground cinnamon
 ½ cup almond butter
 ½ cup sugar free maple syrup
 1 tsp vanilla
 1 large ripe banana
 2 scoops vanilla protein powder

Add all ingredients to a food processor and pulse until they come together.

Add additional sugar free maple syrup if the mixture will not form soft balls.

Form into 16 balls and store in the fridge.
