 ½ banana
 ¼ cup almond flour
 ½ tbsp almond butter
 1 tbsp sugar free maple syrup
 2 tbsp almond milk
 ½ tsp cinnamon
 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
 1 tsp sugar free instant vanilla pudding mix

Blend your ingredients in a small blender or mini food processor.

Spray your mug with non-stick cooking spray.

Pour your batter into the mug.

Microwave your cake for 60 seconds. Check to see if the center is set. If not, continue microwaving in 30 second intervals until it is done.
