Bariatric Smashburger Taco

 4 low carb tortillas
 1 lb. lean ground sirloin
 2 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
 ¼ cup shredded lettuce
 ¼ cup dill pickles
 8 thin tomato slices
 2 tsp. burger or steak seasoning
 1 tbsp. light mayo
 1 tsp. pickle relish
 1 tsp. mustard
 ½ tsp. paprika
 ½ tsp. garlic powder

Form 4 balls with your meat. Season well with the burger or steak seasoning.

Get a skillet or flat top hot. Smash the burger with the tortilla until VERY flat. Sear well on both sides.

Add cheese to the meat side and allow to melt.

Mix your mayo, relish, mustard, paprika and garlic to make a sauce. Add sauce and toppings and enjoy.
