Brown your ground beef with the onions. Add tomatoes, cauliflower rice and seasoning.
Cook until your cauli rice is tender. Stir in your BBQ sauce. Cut each pepper in half and remove the seeds.
Fill each pepper half and bake (covered in foil) on 350F for 30 minutes. Add cheese and bake until it is melted and bubbly.
