 16 oz diced and cooked chicken
 4 cups romaine lettuce
 ½ cup diced tomatoes
 ½ cup diced cucumber
 ½ cup corn
 ½ cup thinly sliced red onion
 ½ cup diced or shredded cheddar cheese
 8 tbsp greek yogurt ranch dressing
 8 tbsp low sugar bbq sauce

Add 1 cup of romaine lettuce to each plate.

Add 1/4 each of chicken, tomatoes, cucumber, corn, onion and cheese.

Top with a drizzle of 2 tbsp each bbq sauce and ranch dressing.
