Split your turkey burger into 8 equal balls. Flatten one out.
Open your triangle of lauhging cow cheese and roll it into a ball and flatten it too.
Flatten another portion of meat and add it on top of the first and the cheese. Carefully seal the edges all around they turkey burger.
Season with salt and pepper and cook on the grill or in a pan. Make sure the burger is cooked all the way through.
