 2 Bell peppers
 4 Eggs
 8 oz Ground turkey sausage
 ½ cup Shredded cheddar cheese
 ½ cup Sauteed onions
 Salt and Pepper to taste

Cut your bell peppers in half and trim the seed portion out.

Bake at 350F for 5 minutes to being softening them.

Add your onions, cooked sausage and then cheese.

Crack an egg into the pepper.

Salt and pepper the top and bake at 350F for 15 minutes or until the egg is set.
