 4 multi colored bell peppers (cut into 1 inch pieces)
 1 lb lean ground beef or turkey
 1 packet of taco seasoning
 ¼ cup sliced black olives
 1 chopped roma tomatoes
 ½ cup shredded cheese
 ¼ cup jalapenos
 ¼ cup sour cream

Cook peppers on a cookie sheet for 10 minutes at 350F.

Cook meat and add taco seasoning.

Layer your meat and then other toppings on top of your peppers (except sour cream).

Bake until cheese is melted.
