 1 bell pepper, cut in half and seeds removed
 3 oz turkey lunchmeat
 1 slice of pepperjack cheese
 2 lettuce leaves
 2 slices of tomato
 1 tsp mustard

Slice your bell pepper in half and remove the seeds and stems. Layer your ingredients inside.

Add the top back to the pepper. Slice in half to eat easier. If you do not love a crunchy bell pepper, you can microwave yours for 90 seconds and then allow it to cool first.
