 2 oz. lean ground beef, cooked
 2 tbsp. shredded cheddar cheese
 2 tbsp. chopped dill pickles
 2 tbsp. diced onions
 1 tbsp. light thousand island dressing
 1 tsp. sesame seeds

Layer all of your ingredients into a bowl and enjoy.

 

I prefer the cottage cheese warmed up for this, but you can leave it cold as well.
