 16 oz sirloin steak
 4 cups shredded lettuce
 8 oz baby tomatoes, halved
 8 oz italian dressing
 ¼ cup sliced red onion
 4 oz blue cheese crumbles

Sear your steak on medium heat with salt and pepper until you have reached your desired temperature.

Rest and slice your steak.
