Blackberry Cheesecakes

 8 oz. cream cheese
 4 eggs
 4 oz. vanilla Greek yogurt
 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
 ½ tsp. vanilla
 ¼ cup Splenda
 12 large blackberries

Whip your cream cheese until it is very light and fluffy. Add your eggs one at a time.

Blend all other ingredients in until batter is smooth. Spray your ramekins with with non-stick cooking spray and drop 3 berries into each batter.

Set small ramekins into a baking dish of water, only allow water to come up about half way. Bake at 350F until the centers are set, about 20 minutes.
