 6 cups chopped romaine lettuce
 2 oz parmesan cheese
 ¼ cup whole wheat croutons
 8 oz light Cesar dressing
 4 salmon filets (about 4oz each)
 2 tsp blackening seasoning

Coat your salmon in the blackening seasoning.

Saute each piece in a pan until the salmon is cooked through.
