 2 egg whites
 2 slices turkey bacon
 2 slices of tomato
 ¼ cup spinach
 1 oz cream cheese

Spray a non-stick skillet well and pour your egg whites in. .

Swirl them around the pan making a tortilla shape.

Allow it to cook until you see bubbles and it is formed enough to flip over.  (You can also buy these at the store premade.)

Remove the eggs and fill it with the other ingredients.
