Mix your cream cheese, yogurt, pudding mix, protein, vanilla and Splenda well with a mixer.
Lay your eggroll wrappers flat and wet all of the sides.
Spoon your cheesecake mixture into a long log in the wrapper (can pipe from a bag as well).
Add 6 blueberries on top of each cheesecake mixture.
Wrap your eggrolls VERY well sealing all seams and corners with water.
If you do not seal them completely the filling will come out while baking.
Bake at 350f for 12 minutes or until wrappers are golden brown.
