Take each piece of bread and use your fingers to push the centers down, creating a well to hold your custard.
Mix your egg, yogurt, vanilla, protein powder and Splenda. Pour your custard into the toast and top with the blueberries.
Either Air Fry your toast until the custard is set (this will give you a crunchy toast) 375F for about 7 minutes, or bake at 350F in the oven for 14 to 16 minutes.
