Blueberry Muffin Chia Seed Pudding

 2.50 cups almond milk
 3 tbsp Splenda or Stevia
 ½ cup chia seeds
 ½ cup mashed blueberries
 1 tsp vanilla
 ½ tsp almond extract
 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
 pinch of salt

In a jar or container, combine all ingredients and mix very well.

Refrigerate until very thick and pudding-like, at least 4 hours or overnight, shaking or stirring occasionally.
