Broccoli and Cheese Fritter

 1 head of broccoli, cut into small pieces
 ½ cup cheddar cheese
 4 beaten eggs
 2 tbsp almond flour
 1 tsp seasoned salt
 1 tbsp olive oil

Take cut pieces of broccoli and microwave them for 2 minutes to soften.

Add cheese, eggs, flour, and seasoned salt and stir well.

Get a skillet hot and add olive oil.

Pour small circles of the broccoli mixture into the hot pan.

Brown well on each side.
