Broccoli Apple Salad

 5 cups broccoli, cut into small florets
 2 diced apples
 ¼ cup onion, finely diced
 1 cup cashews
 ¾ cup plain greek yogurt
 2 tbsp lemon juice
 2 packets of Splenda
 salt and pepper

In a medium bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, lemon juice and Splenda.

Season to taste with salt and pepper.

In a large bowl, combine broccoli florets, diced apple, onion, cashews and toss together to combine.

Pour dressing over broccoli mixture, then toss until everything is evenly coated.
