 1 cup low fat shredded cheddar cheese
 1 12 oz. can of chicken (drained well)
 1 packet of dry ranch seasoning
 2 tbsp. hot sauce

Mix all ingredients together well.

Cook in a mini waffle iron, making sure to spray with non-stick cooking spray each time.

Makes 8 chaffles, 2 per serving.
