Buffalo Chicken Meatballs

 1 lb ground chicken
 2 eggs
 ½ cup oats
 1 tsp salt
 ½ tsp pepper
 1 cup plus 3 tbsp low carb hot wing sauce
 ¼ cup Greek yogurt ranch dressing
 ¼ cup sliced green onions

Mix your ground chicken, eggs, oats, salt, pepper and 3 tbsp of the hot wing sauce.

Form into 24 small meat balls. Bake them in the oven 22 to 25 minutes at 350F or until done.

Toss in remaining 1 cup of buffalo wing sauce. Drizzle with Greek yogurt ranch and garnish with green onions.
