Buffalo Chicken Skewers

 1 lbs. raw chicken tenders
 ½ cup low carb wing sauce (I used Sweet Baby Ray's)
 Salt and Pepper
 8 small wooden kabob skewers
 Green onions for garnish

Soak your kabob skewers in water so they do not burn while cooking.

Skewer each raw chicken tender and season with salt and pepper.

Grill the chicken or cook in a pan until done.

Dip each in the Buffalo Wing sauce (I used Sweet Baby Rays).

Garnish with green onions and serve.
