Cut your spaghetti squash in half and remove the seeds.
Drizzle it with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Roast the squash, flesh side down for 45 minutes on 350F. The squash should easily pull apart with a fork. Scrape all the flesh from the squash into a bowl.
Add chicken, dressing, sauce and ½ of your cheese and stir well. Fill the shells with the mixture. Top with the remaining cheese and cook until golden and bubbly.
Garnish with a drizzle of dressing and green onions.
