 8 slices of thin low fat cheddar cheese
 8 oz shredded cooked chicken
 ½ cup buffalo sauce
 8 thin sticks of celery

Toss your shredded chicken in the buffalo sauce.

Lay your cheese (work 1 at a time) on a piece of parchment paper and microwave for 60 to 80 seconds until it begins to brown.

Pull it out and add 1 piece of celery and some chicken to each one.

Roll them up and allow them to cool until they have set.
