Bunless Breakfast Sandwich

 2 eggs
 2 slices of turkey bacon
 ¼ avocado, sliced thinly

Cook your eggs in a pan inside ring molds, or mason jar lids.

Remove them from the pan and add your turkey bacon. .

Once the bacon is cooked well slice each piece in half.

Add the bacon and avocado using the eggs as buns. You could also add sliced tomato.
