Cabbage Lasagna

 1 small head of cabbage, leaves seperated
 1 onion, chopped
 2 cloves of minced garlic
 salt and pepper
 1 lb turkey burger
 1 28 oz can of crushed tomatoes
 handful of chopped basil
 3 cups mozzarella cheese

Microwave your cabbage leaves for 3 to 5 minutes, until they are soft.

Brown your turkey burger, onions and garlic.

Add the tomato sauce and basil. Salt and pepper to taste.

Allow the sauce to simmer about 20 minutes.

Layer the cabbage, sauce, cheese into a lasagna pan. Creating 3 equal layers.

Bake on 350F for 30 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
