Cook your green beans for 5 to 7 minutes in salted, boiling water. Drain them and then shock them in ice water.
Mix your yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, vinegar, worcestershire, dijon, garlic powder and salt together to make your dressing.
Drizzle the dressing over the green beans. Top with the parmesan cheese and croutons.
