 ½ avocado
 1 mozzarella cheese balls
 2 oz baby tomatoes
 ½ tsp chopped basil
 1 tsp balsamic dressing
 salt and pepper to taste

Half your avocado and remove the flesh.

Cut your baby tomatoes in half. Mix with your mozzarella balls.

Fill the avocado. Lightly salt and pepper.

Top with dressing and basil.
