 ¼ cup sugar free caramel
 1 tsp. cinnamon
 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
 2 oz. softened cream cheese
 ¼ cup Splenda
 1 tsp. vanilla
 2 granny smith apples

Beat all of your ingredients together.
