Saute your onions in the olive oil until they are caramelized.
Mix your eggs, cheeses, and seasonings well. Add your onions to the bottom of a pie dish.
Slice your zucchini thinly and add it as well. Pour the egg mixture over the top.
Bake on 350F for 25 to 35 minutes or until the eggs are set in the center.
