Caramelized Onion Green Beans

 1 lb. fresh green beans (cleaned)
 ½ onion
 2 tsp. corn starch
 1 tsp. olive oil
 1 tsp. minced garlic
 ¼ cup chicken broth
 salt and pepper

Slice your onion very thin and coat in the corn starch. Either air fry or bake them until they are golden brown.

Add the garlic and olive oil to pan. Add the green beans and sauté for about 3 minutes. Add the chicken stock and a lid to allow them to steam.

Season with salt and pepper to your taste. Top with onions.
