 pinch of salt
 1 tsp 1 tsp olive oil
 2 tsp lemon juice
 2 tbsp splenda
 1 cup skim milk ricotta
 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
 1 tsp vanilla extract
 1 tbsp truvia honey alternative
 sliced almonds for garnish.

Slice your plums and toss them with cinnamon, salt, lemon juice and splenda.

Add the olive oil to a hot pan and seer your plums.

Mix remaining ingredients together to make your ricotta cream, keep it cold.
