 8 pieces of turkey bacon, cut into thin slices
 8 oz turkey sausage
 4 eggs
 1 cup of cauliflower rice
 ½ cup diced sweet potatoes
 1 diced green pepper
 1 diced red onion
 salt and pepper to taste

Brown your sausage and turkey bacon.

Add veggies. Season with salt and pepper.

Cook just until veggies are done.

Top with an egg that is cooked your favorite way. Mine is poached!
