Cook the riced cauliflower as per the directions on the bag and allow it to cool some. Squeeze all of the water out using a kitchen towel.
Mix in your mozzarella cheese, egg and garlic powder. Add your coconut flower and stir until well combined. Press your dough out onto a parchment paper lined pizza pan.
Bake 10 minutes, then flip over.
Spread your sauce onto the crust. Top with your remaining cheese, breakfast meats, and 4 eggs.
Season the eggs with salt and pepper. Bake an additional 10 minutes or just until the eggs are set.
Garnish with green onions.
