 1 bag of riced cauliflower
 2 diced chicken breasts
 3 tbsp soy sauce
 2 cloves of minced garlic
 2 eggs
 green onions
 pepper

Cook cauliflower as per the directions on the bag.

Squeeze all of the water out in a kitchen towel.

Add a very small amount of oil to a very hot pan. Add garlic.

Cook eggs and break them up quickly.

Add cooked chicken, cauliflower, soy, and pepper. Cook briefly.

Garnish with sliced green onions.
