Cook cauliflower as directed on the package and allow to cool. Squeeze the water out using a kitchen towel. Add eggs, cheese, salt, and garlic powder.
Stir and microwave in 30 second intervals until the dough comes together in a ball. Kneed in coconut flour. Press your dough out into the desired shape (1 large pizza or 4 small), onto a piece of parchment paper.
Bake on 400F for 12 minutes. Flip over and top with your marinara, fresh mozzarella, asparagus, and prosciutto.
Bake an additional 10 minutes or until the pizza is golden brown.
