Cut your head of cauliflower into 4 steaks, make sure to leave some stem on each piece to hold it together.
Mix your citrus juices with your seasonings and rub it all over the cauliflower.
Seer your cauliflower in the olive oil in a hot pan until slightly charred on both sides.
Bake in the oven on 350F just until it is tender. I like to leave mine just a little firm.
