Cedar Plank Spicy Salmon

 1 lb. portion of center cut salmon
 1 tsp. olive oil
 ½ tsp. salt
 ½ tsp. pepper
 ½ tsp. garlic powder
 ¼ tsp. cayenne pepper
 ¼ tsp. chili powder
 1 tsp. sugar free honey alternative
 1 cedar plank that has been soaked in water (it is ok it you do not have one, just use a non-stick pan or foil)

Coat your salmon in the olive oil. Mix your seasonings together and evenly coat the salmon.

Drizzle the honey alternative over the top. Place your salmon on the wet cedar plank or a non-stick pan.

You can grill this on medium heat (took about 15 minutes) or bake in the oven on 350F for about 25 minutes or just until fish is cooked through.
